When you click "Update", a pop-up message will appear and indicate when there are running or unsaved stopwatches. Click "Edit Section" for the Basic Information section and then change the status to "Inactive". You can either use the report (as explained above) to find the specific days, or click into their Person Details page. When you inactivate someone from the Company -> People page, the system will tell you if they have running/unsaved stopwatches, but will not provide details. Then continue fixing any other unsaved stopwatches, or if all of them have been resolved, you should be able to inactivate the user now. If the time entry is from long enough in the past, this may be the best thing to do, as time associated with unsaved stopwatches was not saved to our database, and would not have been included in reports.ĭon't forget to "Save" the changes. Hover your mouse over the icon and then choose whether you want to stop the stopwatch at 11:59 pm (the time when it automatically became unsaved), or if you want to enter another end time:Īlternatively, you can choose to delete the time entry row altogether using the trashcan icon. ![]() You should then see a red stopwatch icon: To fix the time entry yourself, click the date to be brought to the Timesheet Override page for that employee for that day: Which will open up your email client to send a message to the employee with pre-filled text.
